ICS is proud to have participated for the second year in the Middle East’s most prestigious annual Banking event, MEFTEC 2007:

An ICS team was present for the duration of the Middle East Financial Technology Exhibition 2007 (under the auspices of the Central Bank of Bahrain) at the ICS booth. This was event was the largest so far held and our team met with some of the cream of the Middle East and South East Asian Banking and Finance industry.

Amongst some of the 700 guests from 27 countries, ICS representatives unveiled some of our newest feaures including:
* Brokerage, Treasury and Financial Market solutions
* Islamic Banking – the newest release of our successful Islamic Banking software, recently audited and reviewed by IBS Publishing

Director of ICS’ Banking Solutions programme, Mr. Wa’il Malkawi reported an impressive degree of interest and another powerful impetus to ICS’ growth in 2007: “We expected a keen level of interest but were very pleasantly surprised by how enthusiastic the market will be this year, especially to Islamic Banking. The time has definitely come for ICS’ fore-ward looking technologies to impact on the Islamic Banking field.”

This was the second year that ICS has participated in MEFTEC in Bahrain and the increase in delegate numbers and the wide variety of offerings showcased ICS solutions amongst a peer group of the leading IT solution providers in the industry.
