ICS BANKS Cash in Transit through a Security Company

Currently, most of banks handle “cash-in-transit” through specialised security companies, where the need of recording this process through a special system has become essential. ICS BANKS Cash in transit through a security company system handles cash transportation transactions in two ways:

1. Cash Request to Branch:

The branch will initiate the process of requesting cash, once the request is approved by an authorised teller in the branch, and then it can be handled by H.O and through special functions in order to accept or reject this request. If the request of the branch is approved, then the security service company will accordingly do the physical cash transportation and the authorised branch teller will use the system to accept/reject receiving the physical cash from the security service company.

2. Sending Cash from Branch:

The process will also start from the branch with a request to send cash to H.O, once the request is approved by an authorised teller in the branch, and then the request can be handled by H.O and through special functions, in order to accept or reject this request. If the request of the branch is approved then the security service company will accordingly do the physical cash transportation and the authorised teller will use the system to accept/reject receiving the physical cash from the branch.
