Pre-Sales

The Pre-Sales will be required to deliver services to new and existing customers, and know the product thoroughly to ensure that clients understand the full potential and features of the product whilst also helping the customer make the right decision about the product they need.

The Pre-Sales will be setting up and maximising the methods in order to give accurate responses to EOI/RFI/RFP's.

 

Major Responsibilities include:


- Work closely with the management team, Service Business Managers and sales
- Manage opportunity pipelines
- Manage bids: manage end-to-end bids, manage technical scoping input, produce quotes and customer bid documentation (Statements of Work,  Proposals, Ordering documentation)
- Ensure compliance to legal, revenue and finance processes
- Ensure customer orders are successfully booked by engaging with the finance departments and,    when necessary, with partners and customers
- Contribute to process and tools evaluation, overall planning and bid collateral initiatives
- Ensure all relevant tools and databases are accurate and used effectively
- Resolve all issues in a timely matter coordinating directly with sales
- Measure and report on opportunities, bid status and bid management performance towards all   key customers
- Should have experience in responding to EOI / RFI / RFP
- Bid Management - Should be able to take and drive the proposal preparation process from start to end.


Background / Skills (REQUIRED):

- 2 to 5 years relevant experience in e.g. presales, Contracts Management, Sales Operations
- Strong self-organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including experience of dealing with multiple levels.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Be able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload
- Good business awareness and judgment
- Ability to work to and exceed deadlines
- Experience of working with technical resources desirable
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling high volume of information.
- Quick to learn and adapt to changes (role, tools and systems)
- Good MS office skills such as word, excel, power point, MS Project …etc.
- English language is a must.

 

Background / Skills (DESIRABLE):


- Supplier or Vendor background is appropriate
- Understanding of technical and business issues related to financial services.


Educational Requirements: 

Degree level educated or equivalent work experience.
